These Terms govern your use of this website. By using the site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Montájz is not selling online yet. No product can be ordered or paid for on this site, and prices are to be determined. Before sales open, we will add the full terms of sale here (including who the seller is, how payment works and how orders are accepted) and update the "Last updated" date.

Use of the website

The site is meant for adults; if you are under 18, use it with a parent's or guardian's permission. You agree not to misuse the site: no unlawful use, scraping, interfering with its security, or submitting false information. The AI beauty advisor gives general, automated suggestions from our collection only. It isn't medical or professional advice and may make mistakes.

Products & availability

We describe products, colours and finishes as accurately as we can, but colours look different on different screens, skin and lighting. Sizes and full ingredient lists will be shown on the packaging and on each product page when available. Montájz products are cosmetics for external use; see the Cosmetic Disclaimer. Showing a product on this site is not an offer to sell it, and availability isn't guaranteed.

Prices & payment

Prices are to be determined and aren't shown on this site yet. Nothing on this site asks for or accepts payment. When sales open, prices will be shown in US dollars and the terms of sale will be published here first.

Products shown as "Price to be determined" are not offered for sale and can't be ordered.

Sign-ups & offers

Joining our email list or tapping "Notify me" doesn't reserve a product, create an order or commit you to buy anything.

Email sign-up offer: when available, new subscribers may receive a one-time code by email for 10% off their first order, valid once per customer and email address. Any exclusions, minimum or expiry will be stated with the code.

Offers have no cash value and can't be combined unless their terms say so.

Orders & cancellations

We aren't accepting orders yet. The order and cancellation terms will be published on this page before the first order is accepted.

Intellectual property

The Montájz name, logos, product names, photos, text and site design belong to the owner of the Montájz Cosmetics brand or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.

Links to other sites

The site links to our social media pages and other services we don't control. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided for general information, "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable United States law. The governing state and the courts for any dispute will be stated here before sales open. Nothing in this section removes rights your local consumer law gives you.

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date shows the current version.
